Swam, Sweated, and Still Going Strong
Tested this in the pool (30m depth), on rainy runs, and during steamy hot yoga—zero issues with water or sweat! The fabric is breathable and doesn’t hold odors, unlike my old neoprene strap. Bluetooth connects to Keep and MyFitnessPal, so I track both workouts and calories accurately. Oh, and the battery? Still on the first CR2032 after 8 months. Unreal value!

Tried waterproof straps before that failed in the pool—this one’s 3ATM rating is legit! Wore it for 2km laps, and data synced flawlessly to my Garmin Forerunner via ANT+. ECG readings are so precise; I can see my heart rate spike exactly when I push sprints. Compared to Polar H10’s $100+, this is a no-brainer for triathletes on a budget.

Finally, a Strap That Stays Put!
As a HIIT trainer, my old strap always slid around mid-workout. Not this one! The anti-slip gel dots keep it secure, even during burpees and jump squats. The fabric is soft but durable—I’ve machine-washed it 10+ times, and it still looks new. Love that it connects to both my Apple Watch (Bluetooth) and gym’s Peloton (ANT+). 10/10 for functionality and comfort!

Accurate & Affordable - Better Than Polar H10!
As a competitive cyclist, I compared this to my friend’s Polar H10 and was shocked—same ECG accuracy for 1/4 the price! ANT+ connects seamlessly to my Garmin bike computer, and the 30m waterproofing means I can wear it in rain or during spin classes. Lightweight strap (16g!) doesn’t chafe, even on 6-hour rides. Highly recommend for anyone wanting pro-level data without breaking the bank!
